What to Expect

A Nature-Driven Mindfulness and Art Experience for Children ages 7 - 10 years.

A gentle, creative workshop for children to explore self-worth, calm, and authentic expression together in a supportive studio. Worthy U is a guided program for youth and adults designed by Dani Kraftchuk to nurture self worth and authentic connection.

Arrive & Meet

You will drop your child off at 4:00 pm, your child will be introduced to everyone in the group and given time to settle in, they will enjoy a healthy afterschool snack, and then continue to where the journey begins.

Join a collaborative studio experience where you learn a new skill from accomplished artists. Small groups, expert guidance, and a supportive environment to explore, create, and grow together.

Meet Dani Kraftchuk

Dani is a teacher who is passionate about exploring the mind-body connection. Dani blends practices such as inquiry, meditation, nervous system regulation, Reiki, movement, breath, and earth wisdom. Through workshops, retreats, and digital offerings, she helps you explore ways to create small but meaningful shifts in how you see, think, feel, and respond. These shifts open the door to empowered choice. Dani offers a supportive space to calm the nervous system, nurture resilience, and reconnect with your innate wisdom and inherent worth.
