ABOUT
Elizabeth Dyer, a Canadian female artist and stylist whose work balances art and design with quiet, intentional beauty. Her practice is rooted in an appreciation for form, texture, and the stories spaces can hold.
As co-founder and creative director of Advice from a Caterpillar, a Toronto lifestyle boutique, Elizabeth spent years curating collections that combined simplicity and refinement. That experience deepened her sense of how objects, colours, and interiors shape the way we live. Over time, her focus returned to painting, where her portraits and figurative works explore presence, intimacy, and character.
Today, Elizabeth brings these worlds together — creating artwork that captures timeless human connection, while offering styling consultations that reimagine how people inhabit their homes and businesses. She works closely with clients to refresh spaces using both existing pieces and carefully chosen additions, ensuring each environment feels personal, beautiful, and supportive of family life.
Her approach is defined by restraint and clarity — a Japandi-inspired sensitivity that favours natural textures, airy neutrals, and purposeful design. Whether through a painting or a styled interior, Elizabeth’s goal is always the same: to create spaces and artworks that feel elevated, harmonious, and uniquely yours.
